I’m a dietitian with over a decade of experience working in acute care, outpatient care, and even clinical nutrition management. Aligned Nutrition Counseling was founded after working with clients at an outpatient clinic, many of whom had a common denominator. They felt fatigued, awful after eating (even foods they thought were good for them), and always made sure to know where the closest bathroom was.
I want to help you eliminate your life-impairing symptoms and restore your freedom. Take a deep breath with me… you can heal your gut, have a good relationship with food, and live a symptom-free life.
In our fast-paced culture, I find calmness in my yoga practice, where you can find me a few days a week. This makes me a more present mom, wife, sister, daughter, and clinician to my clients. When not practicing yoga, I am outdoors, walking the dog, gardening, golfing, or camping with my family.
